Why won't my attachment send?
Due to the large quantity of email handled by our mail server, we have imposed a limit on the size of emails sent via the Integrty mail servers. This increases the speed at which email is processed and allows reliable delivery of your email.
Messages with a size greated than 5MB will be rejected by our servers. If you are wanting to send an email with attachments, you should make sure that the attachment size is less than 3.5MB. But the limit is 5MB you ask? When email is sent it is mime encoded. This encoding increases the size of the email by approx. 33%. So an email that is 3.5MB will increase to about 4.65MB. Remember, your email message must be less than 5MB.

What is the '1832' prefix on the dial in number?
As an added security measure, our dial in servers will check to see what the phone number of the computer is that is calling in. It then checks the phone number we have on record for the username that is entered. Thus if you are calling from a phone line that is not listed with your username then we will not let you connect.
The 1832 causes the telephone exchange to send us your Caller ID ( phone number ) even when you have a silent number. This then allows us to varify that it is you and then we will let you in.
