| - Equipment such as routers and modems not purchased via Integrity |
| - Software - any type of software such as operating systems - Windows XP, Microsoft Office or sharing software - Wingate. |
| - We only support the one computer you should be connecting with for each account you hold with us. If you have a LAN set up we will not help you with this. |
| - We do not support Virtual Private Networks that are not configured by Integrity in conjunction with another account. |
| - Hardware -modems, printers, monitors, hard drives etc |
| - Firewall systems not designed By Integrity |
| - Programming or design issues relating to websites not supplied by Integrity |
